Hi friends! WOW — welcome to this page and welcome to this story. I am p u m p e d for this journey and that you’ve decided to learn a little more about it with me. My hope and prayer is that this platform is a place for me to share my heart with you through this season of following Jesus.

This is the second time that I’m utilizing this platform. The first time being just about 2 years ago, I was preparing to go to Ethiopia with World Race Semesters. The journey of that whole story is amazing, and I got to share some of it through this space! Now, I’m back for a second time–excited to write and share and learn and grow. This time, I’m planning on launching in January of 2022 with the World Race!

A brief synopsis of who I am and where I am in life right now:

I grew up in the sweet state of Kansas and lived there (basically) my entire life–all the way through college. In the fall of 2019, me and my college degree decided to ditch the “traditional” path and moved to Ethiopia for a few months with WR Semesters. Those few months were wild and crazy, bitter and sweet, slow and fast, refining and growing and irreplaceable days. God did insane work in me and around me, and I learned so many things that changed my life–some for just a moment and others for the rest of forever.

After returning stateside, I moved to Colorado! I’ve lived here for over a year now and it has been another wild, crazy, bitter, sweet, slow, fast year. I currently work for a non-profit mission trip organization and also at a coffee shop; I love getting to spend time face-to-face asking about people’s lives and making their lattes, and I also love getting to work behind the scenes to make youth mission trip experiences come to life. In my free time lately, I love reading and being with friends and drinking coffee and talking about Jesus.

I’m so excited about this coming season and all that God is going to do in and through it!

Welcome again! I’m so glad you’re here. If you have any questions, I’d love to chat, and if not, thanks for being here and joining me on this journey. You rock, friend.
